Sounds like your one busy person but sure hope you find time to squeeze in "something"once in awhile. You have the topics right to think about-go for it. Thanks for this one.

Comment on I hate bras

I also hate bras, I just call them devices of torture! And the sweat problem, rashes from the sweat and bras or lack thereof. I want to invent a bra with charcoal absorbent material and no damn bones just gentle softness and not tight, so what if they jiggle I'm too old and tired to give a damn!

Comment on Welcome 2008

I hope you don't wait another 2 months to post here. I have changed to FATHER because of lack of support for HILLARY! With over half the population and I assume over half their readership being female I would think we would have their support!!!

Comment on Welcome 2008

I miss your earthy column!

Comment on I've been ... preoccupied

Good Morning, Judy:
Hope it's a wonderful day for you in NE St Pete...I'm here, too. On Snell Isle. Just wanted to tell you that I loved reading part of the JHOnLine this morning. Haven't been there before, but will again. You make me smile and that is always good. I don't feel your pain re: retirement, but one day maybe I will, as I'm 66 also and wonder when I can...or will want to! And re: Baxter; hope the little tyke is doing great. My Corgi Extraordinaire, Gwynedd, is on a chemo maintenance program now after 16 wks of injections for CLL. If she's gotta have it, it's the most desirable as it's the most treatable. She's a little Show Pup and has 10 titles so far. What would I do without her? She's a Smile Magnet Extraordinaire; wanna meet people? Take your Pup with you everywhere. (My policy is: Better to Beg Forgiveness than Ask Permission) 'Nuff said. You take care and maybe I'll see you out walking some morning in the ONE or SI area!

Comment on Welcome 2008

Dear Judy

MISS YOUR COLUMN!

Comment on Welcome 2008

Judy, we also have a mango tree and it is doing fine. I would give it some time, and also apply a few 'oooms' and reiki. (Can't hurt, might help.) By the way, when you were first let go from the Tribune, I sent a letter to the editor and told them of my displeasure. I also canceled my subscription. It took me a while, but I finally subscribed to the SP Times, which I was extremely loathe to do, since I resent how they seem to be taking over downtown Tampa. (I am a native of Tampa and more specifically, Ybor City. I still live in my childhood home there.) Through gritted teeth, I have to admit that the Times is a better paper. I see things in there that the Trib would never think of publishing - e.g. poetry. Or am I wrong? Did I miss something all those years when I was reading the Trib? Anyway, thanks for inadvertently introducing me to the Times, although it pains me to say it.
